1. ELIGIBILITY: The Homedics (the “Sponsor”) Ratings & Reviews Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of Entry submission and eligible in accordance with these Official Rules.
2. BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE PROMOTION: The Promotion consists of three (3) separate periodic sweepstakes (each a "Periodic Sweepstakes"). The Promotion starts 11/01/2024 at 12:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time and ends 1/31/2025 at 11:59 P.M., Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”).(“Promotion Period”). The important dates for each Periodic Sweepstakes are listed in Rule 4 below. Non-winning entries from one (1) Periodic Sweepstakes will not carry forward into subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes. Entrants can earn an entry into a Periodic Sweepstakes by following the directions in Rule 3 and “rating and reviewing” a recent Homedics product (defined in Rule #3 below) purchase.
3. TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: There is one (1) way to enter: BY SUBMITTING A REVIEW OF A RECENTLY PURCHASED HOMEDICS PRODUCT: During the Promotion Period, either: (i) in response to a ratings & review request e-mail from Homedics (from email: no-reply@homedics.com) by clicking on the star(s) for the product(s) that you recently purchased and wish to review within the ratings & review request e-mail which should then display a pop up for the review form; or, (ii) by visiting the product page(s) for the product(s) you recently purchased. The review will be initiated by clicking on the star(s) on the product page which should then display a pop up for the review form. Follow the instructions, to rate the selected product, click on the star rating and write your review (“Review”) (your Review must be in English) and you will then receive an automatic entry into the Promotion. Limit: You may only submit one (1) Review per Homedics product, regardless of email address used or date of submission. The required information on the review form must be filled out to successfully submit the review.
4. RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS OF WINNING: As stated above, the Promotion consists of three (3) separate Periodic Sweepstakes, each starting and ending on the dates and times described in the table below. Other important dates are also listed. Non-winning entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes will not be carried forward or be included in subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes. On or about the dates listed below, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to randomly select the one (1) potential Periodic Sweepstakes winner (“Periodic Winner”) of the then current Periodic Sweepstakes from among all the eligible entries received during that respective Periodic Sweepstakes Period. The potential Periodic Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about the indicated dates. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters and email messages to ensure they do not contain any important Sweepstakes notifications. The odds of winning a Periodic Sweepstakes depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the respective Periodic Sweepstakes Period.

5. PRIZES (3): Each Periodic Winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) worth of Homedics products(s) as defined in Rule 5 (the “Prize”). Total ARV of all Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes: $1,500.00. Each confirmed winner will be randomly selected to win a free product(s) from Homedics.com totaling up to $500 in value (before taxes). The prize is subject to availability at the time of claiming the prize. The prize is non-transferable, and the winner is prohibited from making any substitutions for the prize.
The winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize by responding to the email with their contact information and address. Homedics will send the free product(s) to the mailing address provided. NOTE: Limit: Only one (1) Prize per person or household address throughout the Promotion Period regardless of email address used. Sponsor has no responsibility for a Periodic Winner’s inability to accept or utilize his/her respective prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternate potential winner in the event that: (a) a potential Periodic Winner is unreachable; (b) a prize notification email is returned as undeliverable or is not responded to; (c) a potential Periodic Winner fails to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (d) a potential Periodic Winner declines acceptance of the Prize; or (e) if in Sponsor’s determination, a potential Periodic Winner has not complied with these Official Rules. All Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible entries; however, the Sponsor will make no more than three (3) attempts to award a Prize. If after three (3) such good faith attempts, the Sponsor is unable to award a Prize; an alternative potential winner may be selected as set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor will contact up to three (3) alternative potential winners in an attempt to award a Prize. If, after such good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award a Prize, such Prize may not be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules as stated herein and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in all jurisdictions other than the 50 United States/District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
Participant’s information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Homedics in accordance with Homedics privacy policy and terms of use, which may be reviewed at https://www.homedics.com/privacy-policy/ and https://www.homedics.com/terms-of-use/ . In case of a conflict between Homedics privacy policy or terms of use and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.
